The toy inventory committee is comprised of individuals who want to help make the toy inventory shine! These could be members or supporters, people with a bit of time or a lot of time to lend, and can be in person or jobs completed at home. Members can help for as much as they want, it’s a very casual group, so there’s no time commitment. Whatever time you can give is great! Sound like something you could help with? Here are some ways you can help:

• 1) Come to a work night at the library. Each quarter of the calendar year, on the first Friday of the month, you can come help with toy inventory needs at the South Minneapolis Location from 6 – 8pm. Sign up here!

• 2) Ask a librarian if there are any toys that need labeling. Sometimes we have these available for you to take home and label at home. (this does not count against your check out limit) Labeling means that all the materials in the bag/box need the code (ex. FM-10) written with black permanent marker on each piece.
